Lauryn was amazing, it was my first time trying this salon and I will absolutely be coming back. She was very understanding of what I was looking for and was so kind. The conversations we had was great! I got a wash, trim, blowout, and styling all for $40. Such a great price. I felt amazing after. This place feels very boujee lol, and is very neat and tidy. Do NOT get a pedicure here. First of all, I have been pondering whether or not to write a review and to even call the salon to express how dissatisfied I was with my pedicure, but here I am. I feel as though this post is absolutely warranted. I have gotten my hair done at Tranquility for years and have always had a great experience, so I figured I would book a pedicure because I wanted a spa experience and to be more pampered than I would at a typical nail salon. However, that was the exact opposite. Not only was I not aware, nor TOLD that their pedicures are DRY pedicures, but their services are extremely limited. The girl who did my nails was very sweet and I could tell was very young. She was 18 years old and just started working there in April she said. As she began my pedicure, which lasted a total of 45 minutes and included shellac (which was an addition $10 charge), I knew this was going to be a less than pleasant experience.
