Bless Braids Salon

They’ve done my hair 4 times now and every time there was an issue. First of all when someone says “IT IS TOO TIGHT” that means please kindly try and loosen your grip. I tip quite well and I’m fair, each time I paid between $100 - $250 for my braids. This last time that I went there were too many hands in my hair to where some of the boxes were bigger than the rest. I wanted knotless and some weren’t I went back they fixed the boxes and made them even but the braids itself were choppy and uneven. The young lady she seemed really young was rude and rough as hell. They also appeared pissed that I made a big deal to get my hair done correctly. Though I like the owner and her sister I would not be returning. I rather pay someone who pays attention to detail and values their customers requests. I wish them all well!!

I went the first time and it was good but that was many months ago. Now it’s not good. It took 8 hours for boho braids. There were times where I waited 45 minutes for someone to come back to my hair. They continued to see multiple clients even though I had an appointment. Then the braids were choppy, not even, and it was horrible. I will not be going back. I spent over 200 dollars and then turned around had to go to another salon to get the hair removed after 1 week. So my daughter and my granddaughter went to the salon today and my daughter there was not happy because she asked for shoulder length braids and don’t take up her edges, but the back of her head started bleeding and her braids were just coming out on their own like it’s 9:55 PM and half of her braids have just come undone from there from the roots to now her head is almost halfway undone. The price that they told her over the phone was $160 but because she had a debit card. Or a credit card for my granddaughter is here and her here I came to three and some change. So after she showed me that the back of her head is bleeding and that these braids are coming out, I just think the quality in the fact that one of the young ladies who started my granddaughters here at 10 AM was catching an attitude because my daughter was like can you be more gently with my granddaughter and I don’t know why you’re open on the weekends if you don’t have quality people that wants to do the job and be there I
